Ltd. is a manufatcturer of liquid bromine and magnesium chloride flakes and also trader and importer of all types of Solvents and Chemicals and has been established by Mr. Ashok Bhagvanbhai Lakhani in the year 2003 as a dream project with the name JAY ENTERPRISE, now known as JAY OVERSEAS PVT. LTD.

Mr. Ashok Lakhani  The Visionary Founder

Mr. Ashok Bhagvanbhai Lakhani is the Founder and Director of the company. He belongs to a small village of Bhavnagar District of Gujarat named Shiyanagar. Mr. Ashok Lakhani is a Chemical Science graduate (B.Sc Chemistry -1995) from Gujarat University and possesses a comprehensive experience of manufacturing and international trading in chemical field.

Mr. Lakhani had began his carrier in chemical field from manufacturing in association with M/S Yogi Enterprise as a partner which has been involved in the manufacturing of Bromine and its derivatives. He had diversified his business from manufacturing to the trading of Solvents and Chemicals in the year 2003 and that had led him to lay the foundation of JAY ENTERPRISE which dealt with trading of all kinds of chemicals and solvents.

Mr. Ashok Lakhani has a magnificent personality. He had been President of Ghanshyam Industrial Estate Association, Sanand for 4 conclusive years and now he is involved in providing his valuable suggestions and preaching his know-how as a Joint Secretary of Laminate Raw Material Association, Ahmedabad since last two years.

Jay Enterprise, a genuine trading firm, has been founded by Mr. Ashok Lakhani in January 2004 and has been growing continuously at a fast rate since then under the able leadership of a highly educated and experienced employer as well as competent employees who cope up with their responsibilities with great dedication, hard work and enthusiasm.
